Pick a 60-minute window online — evenings and weekends included. Tell us a little about the rooms you're dressing and any light, privacy, or motorisation needs. No pressure, no obligation.

In-home measure & design
A designer comes to you with the full sample library — fabrics, weaves, hardware, and finishes in hand. We measure every window professionally, talk through options against your light and decor, and answer every question.

Transparent quote, on the spot
You leave the consult with a clear, itemised quote — fabric, mechanism, install, and warranty all included. No franchise markup. No upsell. No 'call you back next week' pricing games.

Crafted to measure
Once you approve, your order goes into our workroom. Every piece is cut, sewn, and assembled by our team, then checked twice before it leaves us. Typical turnaround is around two weeks.

Professional installation
The same team that made your treatments installs them. Level, secured, fully operational — documented with photos and signed off by you before we leave. We tidy up after ourselves, always.

Lifetime aftercare
If anything isn't right — a tension that drifts, a bracket that loosens, a mechanism that wears — we make it right. For as long as you own the treatments. That's the warranty.
